The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

Since May 2014, UAB “De Futuro” has been implementing the EU structural funds–financed project “Increasing the competitiveness and development of the iVita wellness cluster (Phase II)”.

The project is aimed at increasing the competitiveness and promoting the development of the iVita wellness cluster.

In implementing the project, UAB “De Futuro” will carry out research necessary for cluster development, conduct cluster marketing activities aimed at attracting new members, and organize seminars and events to encourage cluster members to exchange knowledge, experience, and skills, and to strengthen internal and external cooperation.

Cluster members plan to develop several innovative products: a system covering stress management, physical activity, and social interaction assessment; a system for promoting wellness in and outside the workplace; and a system designed to identify tachycardia in children at an early stage of the condition.

The planned product (system) will consist of three automated components/subsystems: a wearable sensor network module, a user device interface module, and a wellness management server module. These will ensure monitoring of vital user parameters, provide information about the user’s condition, apply processing methods, and enable real-time information exchange within the system.

The modular components of the system will allow automation of wellness management processes and minimize the need for intervention by health specialists.
