iVita visibility and network expansion (InterGates)

The wellness cluster iVita began implementing the project “iVita visibility and network expansion (InterGates)” on February 1, 2017, under the 2014–2020 European Union Funds Investment Programme, Priority 1 “Promotion of Research, Experimental Development and Innovation”, measure No. 01.2.1-LVPA-K-833 “Inoklaster LT”.

The goal of the project is to promote cooperation among the members of the iVita wellness cluster in carrying out research, experimental development, and innovation activities.

During the project, the iVita cluster coordinator will carry out activities related to attracting new members, increasing visibility, engaging in international networks, strengthening internal cooperation, disseminating information, improving communication, and promoting the cluster’s vitality as well as R&D and innovation activities. The project aims to increase the visibility of the iVita cluster, expand its membership, join international networks, and jointly carry out R&D activities.

Upon completion, the cluster aims to achieve results such as an increased number of members, integration into an international network, and the creation of 3 new product or service concepts together with its members. To achieve this, over a 3-year period the cluster plans to create or technologically improve 3 product groups:

1. Mobile health technologies and preventive health monitoring products.
2. Wellness programs and workplace safety tools.
3. Rehabilitation technology products and equipment.

Project implementation period: 2017-02-01 – 2019-01-31.

The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
