On May 14–16, 2019 the international cluster conference Connecting Ecosystems: Bridge. Inspire. Change will take place in Bucharest, Romania. The event is intended for cluster policymakers, cluster managers, specialists, and other stakeholders.
The conference programme will include high-level plenary sessions on the need for change in clusters, panel discussions on promoting strategic interregional cooperation and links between the European Commission and EU cluster-related initiatives, as well as interactive sessions where participants will share their experiences, best practices, and challenges.
Diana Vertelkienė, Head of Health Technology Cluster iVita, is preparing to represent the cluster’s interests at the event. Earlier this year, during the Baltic Cluster Forum, she established cooperation links with the Romanian cluster ROHEALTH. This successful start to cooperation enabled iVita to join an international consortium and submit an international application under the COSME measure, aimed at sharing cluster management experience.
